Modular Dome Port Lock

The Modular Dome Port Lock will keep your modular dome assembly from rotating while attached to your ikelite housing.  The Lock can be used with our Precision 5” Dome, an ikelite 8” dome or the ikelite modular flat assembly in conjunction with either the 5510.10 or 5510.11 port body.

The Modular Dome Port Lock attaches to the ¼-20 top mounting block on the newer or upgraded ikelite housing that includes four port locks. It uses the screw and knob that ikelite supplies with the 5510.11 modular port body.  The socket head set-screw threads into the knob as seen in the first picture below.  That assembly fits through the mounting hole on the Lock and keeps it in place.  The Modular Dome Port Lock has a tab that inserts in the slot at the top of the 5510.10 or the 5510.11 ikelite port body as seen in the second photo below.  With the Modular Dome Port Lock properly installed, your dome port will not rotate unless the dome unscrews from your port body.
