UnderWater Camera Stuff manufactures the Modular Port Body which is designed to work with our Prec-5in-Nik-ike and Prec-5in-Tok-ike Precision 5" Dome as well as ikelite's modular flat port system and Focus Extension. From the above picture, you can see that there are no cutouts in the port body. Removing the cutouts from the design assures that the Modular Port Body is always securely held onto the camera housing by the ikelite low-profile port locks.
In the following series of photos you can see how the design of the Modular Port Body compares to the ikelite 5510.10 and 5510.11 port bodies. In all of the photos, the Modular Port Body is shown on the left, the 5510.10 is in the middle and the 5510.11 is on the right.
The Modular Port Body cannot be used with the ikelite 8 dome (5510.45) since the domes size/design requires cutouts to mount it on the housing. It also can not be used with our Prec-5in-Can-ike Precision 5" Dome as the shade interferes with the ikelite port locks.
