Here is some info comparing ikelite's new Dual Handle and Tray Assembly to the older version
In general, the new trays are about the same size as the old ones. The new handles are one-inch shorter in height but are the same width. The new handles on the trays are very nice and have a tactile feel. They fit the hand a lot better.
The major differences between the old and new handle / tray assembly is the weight and housing mounts. The new versions are about 23% lighter than the old ones. The mounting holes on both trays are different than the old ones. If you plan to use it on a non-ikelite housing, be prepared to improvise a mounting.
